Just a quick note to thank you for all of your diagrammed patterns. I especially like the lavender/heather ornaments. While it may not be rocket science, creating a pattern is not something I have not got the hang of. Hope you enjoy the holiday season, Cordially, Nehmah
I love thie idea of making these lavender-scented ornaments! They’re gorgeous…please expand on making them. I don’tquite get the idea of wrapping around trhe styrofoam ball. Where do the blossom ends of the lavender go? Are they somehow squished between the ball and the ribbon wrappings? Would that place the ball in the middle of the blooms before bending the stems over?
Thanks for the clarification!

these are absolutely beautiful, but i agree with the writer above…i need more explicit instructions on beginning the ball and where the blossom ends go. are they inside the ball? thanks!
It has recently come to my attention that you are using this photo, which was taken by me back in 2006, without my consent. The original image is here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/makiwi/331128006
It’s really a shame that you did this, since if you had asked in advance I would have probably allowed its use. But since you did not ask, I would ask that you remove this image from your site immediately.
So sorry that you had to remove these directions… Makiko is NOT the designer, but only bought these ornaments at a market in France… (The question arises… did she ask permission to photograph the designs IN the store, that she has posted in an adjacent flickr photo???… )
I love your work here! Thank you, SO much, for inspiring others to create… and see possibilities in design!
Blessings!!!
Patricia
Hi I know you’ve had to remove the instructions from your site, but I was wondering if it would be possible for you to email them to me at my private account?
Hopefully this is possible!
Hi, I know you been asked this probably a hundred times, but is there any way to mail the directions for the lavendar christmas ball to my email address? My mom absolutely loves lavendar and I can’t think of a more beautiful way of using it for her.
Thanks, Debbie
